Merchants is more than a restaurant. It’s a home from home. In September 2003 our vision to create a restaurant with a warm, inviting and friendly ambiance became a reality with the opening of Merchants. Since then, our combination of high quality brasserie-style food and relaxed atmosphere has gained Merchants a reputation as Kilmarnock’s friendliest restaurant. We’d love you to join us for lunch or dinner or perhaps for a pre-theatre meal. We’re sure that after you have been once, you’ll fall in love with the Merchants experience. You’ll make friends here too – everyone on the team has time to talk and to listen – some of our visitors will just be talking about the weather, others will be complimenting our kitchen team on their food and menus. At Merchant’s we’re here for the whole family. Children are as welcome as adults and we have a special menu of great quality food that kids absolutely love. We go out of our way to include the whole family – we’ve introduced our ‘Family Sunday’ which lets kids eat for free! Or how about being ‘lazy like Sunday morning’ and doing Sunday brunch with us between 11 am and 4pm?
